To publish accepted abstracts in event proceedings, websites, or promotional materials, winners’ names and affiliations on NCOSH platforms.

Data is shared only with NCOSH-approved partners (e.g., judges, tech providers) for event execution.
Abstracts and author names/affiliations may be shared with reviewers, event partners, or media outlets.
Personal contact details (e.g., email, phone) are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Personal data is retained for 2-year post-event for archival purposes and for legal compliance.
Submissions may be archived indefinitely for promotional purposes.
